Ghost Giveaways

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, SUBSCRIPTION, BITS OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Phil Bender d/b/a GhostTheVet ("Sponsor"), [email protected]. Twitch does not sponsor or endorse this promotion and is not responsible for it. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitch, Amazon, Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Sony Interactive Entertainment/PlayStation, Discord, or any gift card issuer.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a free Twitch account. Sponsor, Sponsor's immediate family and household members, and moderators who run a drawing are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

12:00 AM ET Thu Nov 19, 2026 to 11:59 PM ET Sun Nov 22, 2026, or the end of the finale stream if extended. Any extension will be announced in chat and on Discord at least 24 hours in advance. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter (all free)

Earning entries. Entries go into the entrant's "Entry Vault," tied to their Twitch username: (a) daily check-in, type !enter during a live stream for +1 per day; (b) chat challenges (e.g. Guess-the-Number: unlimited guesses until someone gets it right, with a 3-second cooldown between guesses per person (no spamming); first correct guess wins; the host may run as many rounds as he likes), where the winner spins the Entry Wheel for +1 to +25 entries, drawn with a cryptographic random number generator per the odds table above; (c) Team challenge (free): during a live stream, type !team wasted or !team passed to join a team for that stream day (one team per person per day). Each time GhostTheVet dies in game (WASTED), one random member of Team Wasted who has chatted in the last 10 minutes is selected to spin the Entry Wheel. Each time he passes a mission (MISSION PASSED), the same happens for Team Mission Passed. Selection is random, the spin uses the same Entry Wheel odds table, and the host or a mod triggers each event. Joining a team is free and doesn’t need a purchase; (d) Free Alternate Method of Entry (no purchase or watching needed): submit the free online entry form on this page (until it is live, email [email protected] with subject "GTV Free Entry," your Twitch username and the giveaway ID). Limit one free online entry per person per giveaway. Each free online entry is placed directly into the chosen giveaway with entries equal to that giveaway’s per-person cap, so free entrants have the same odds as any chat entrant. No mailing address is used or required.

Entering a giveaway. Type !spend <giveaway id> <number> to move vault entries into an announced, open giveaway, up to its per-person cap. Spent entries are final. Every giveaway is announced in chat, on the channel panel and in Discord before it accepts entries, with its ID, prize, approximate retail value (ARV), cap, and close condition. The "Game Beat" grand prize is drawn the moment Sponsor completes the GTA 6 main story, or at the end of the Sunday finale stream if not completed by then.

No cash value. Vault entries, Entry Wheel results and any "points" have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, bought, traded, transferred, gifted, combined between accounts, or redeemed for cash, goods, services, Channel Points or anything else.

No purchase, ever. No purchase, subscription, gifted sub, Bits, donation, tip, Hype Train or other payment earns, increases or speeds up entries, spins or challenge eligibility.

Expiration. Vault entries expire at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the season in which they were earned (launch season: Nov 19–22, 2026, or the end of the finale stream if extended). No season lasts more than 30 days. Expired entries are forfeited without compensation.

Void entries. Entries from bots, scripts, alt accounts, exploits, collusion or errors are void. Sponsor may correct balances affected by technical errors.

5. Prizes

Total ARV: $500. All prizes are Amazon.com eGift cards delivered by email. Winners need an Amazon account to redeem. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash or substitution except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms; region-locked codes need a matching account region.

6. Drawings and Odds

Each winner is drawn at random with a cryptographic random number generator from the entries spent into that giveaway; each spent entry is one ticket with an equal chance. Daily Drops are drawn on each listed day; Milestone Pops when an announced channel milestone is reached; the Grand Prize as described in Section 4. Odds depend on entries spent (your entries ÷ total entries). Example: 20 tickets out of 400 = 5%. Entrant lists and draw logs are saved before each draw, kept for 6 months, and shared on request.

7. Winner Notification

The winner's name is shown on stream and they must respond in chat within 2 minutes, or Sponsor rerolls. The winner then has 48 hours to reply to a Discord DM, Twitch whisper or email from Sponsor. Sponsor will never ask for passwords or payment. Free-entry winners are notified by email and have 48 hours. To claim, winners provide an email address and their state and confirm they are 18 or older and a legal US resident. Sponsor will not ask for ID unless needed to verify eligibility. Codes are delivered privately, never in public chat.

8. Rerolls and Forfeit

A prize is forfeited and redrawn if the winner is ineligible, doesn't claim in time, breaks these rules, or the code can't be delivered. Each prize is redrawn up to 3 times, then rolls into a later drawing.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes. Sponsor issues a Form 1099-MISC only if a winner receives $2,000 or more in prizes in a calendar year, which is not expected at these prize values.

10. Conduct

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entries, uses bots or alts, harasses others, or violates Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, and may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failure affects its integrity, drawing from eligible entries received before the event.

11. Release

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Twitch, Rockstar, Sony and their affiliates from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation or prize use, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Sponsor collects Twitch usernames, entry counts and, for winners and free-entry requests, contact details only to run this promotion. Kept for 6 months, then deleted. Never sold.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winners agree their Twitch username may be shown on stream, on Discord and in social posts announcing winners.

14. Winners List and Governing Law

For a winners list, email [email protected] within 60 days of the end of the Promotion Period. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
